A permit is required prior to installing a pool, spa, or hot tub. The following conditions applies to pool, spa, and hot tub permits:
1. Permit Application (Completed, signed, & notarized)
2. Alternate Key or Parcel Identification Number
3. Copy of the contract
4. Two (2) site plans drawn to scale showing the size of the lot, setbacks, all improvements to be built on site, and all existing structures.
5. Two (2) sets of detailed construction plans that are signed and sealed by an engineer.
6. Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub Safety Act (Form completed & signed)
7. If the property is within the Villages then we need a copy of the Architectural Review Committee Approval.
8. Notice of Commencement (Recorded)
