Human Resources
The Town's Human Resources Department is responsible for personnel
related functions including the assurance of compliance with all
applicable employment & labor law; recommendation and administration of
employment practices, policies and procedures; providing guidance to all
Town departments and their employees; providing direction to retirees
during enrollments; interaction with applicants seeking Town employment
opportunities; providing assistance to departments in the procurement
and provision of employee training & development, and the negotiation &
administration of employee benefit plans, workers compensation and risk
management including property/liability and safety & loss prevention.
The department supports the classic HR functions including but not
