On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 5:15 p.m., the Town Commission will hold a closed executive session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation in the case of Chris McKinstry v. The Town of Lady Lake.
This meeting is closed to the public pursuant to exemptions set forth in F.S. 286.011(8): Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), any board or commission of any state agency or authority or any agency or authority of any county, municipal corporation, or political subdivision, and the chief administrative or executive officer of the governmental entity, may meet in private with the entity’s attorney to discuss pending litigation to which the entity is presently a party before a court or administrative agency…
This meeting is expected to last approximately 45 minutes or less and will take place in the Lady Lake Town Commission Chambers, located at 409 Fennell Blvd, Lady Lake, Florida. The following persons are expected to be in attendance:
