Procedure

Citizens are encouraged to participate in the Town of Lady Lake meetings. Citizen groups are asked to name a spokesperson. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. Additional time may be granted at the Mayor’s discretion. Upon being recognized by the Mayor, please approach the dais, state your name and address, and speak into the microphone. The order of agenda items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Town Commission. Please be respectful of others and put your cell phone on silent mode.

Announcement of Qualifying Period from 12 Noon on August 14, 2023, to 12 Noon on August 18, 2022, for the Office of Town Commissioner for Wards One, Three, and Five for the General Election on November 7, 2023 (Mayor Rietz)

A. CONSENT

All items listed under consent are considered routing by the Town Commission and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Town Commissioner so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence.

1. July 3, 2023 meeting minutes will be presented at the August 7th Commission meeting

2. Acceptance of late payment for the Water, Sewer and Reuse Utility Agreement for Lady Lake Square Apartments executed June 6, 2022 ― Major Site Plan MJSP 10/21-001 ― A Request for Utilities Capacity Reservation of 119 Water ERUs, 119 Sewer ERUs and 29 Reuse ERUs for an approved 288-unit Apartment Complex Project, property being approximately 24 acres of land, located at the southwest corner of County Road 25 and Griffin Avenue, identified by Alternate Key Number 3302494.
