Approval for the Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lady Lake Parks and Recreation Department to Host Art-in-the-Park on January 22nd and 23rd, 2022

Summary

The Parks and Recreation Department and the Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce would like to once again host the Lady Lake Art in the Park on January 22nd and 23rd of 2022. We were able to improve the last event with the changes that we made. We had almost 70 vendors. That is up from around 40 the year before. We are predicting $450.00 for police overtime which is customary for this event and around $450.00 for Parks and Recreation overtime. We are once again planning to have musicians for both days of the event.

Fiscal Impact

Estimated $900.00 for overtime
