Consideration of Approval to Accept the Proposed New Paygrade Adjustments
Staff Recommended Motion
Staff recommends approval of the proposed new paygrade adjustments effective July 19, 2021.
Staff recognized that adjustments needed to be made to the current paygrade to realign the tier of certain positions and to raise minimum starting wages to $15.00 an hour to be proactive for future Federal Minimum Wage requirements.
