Staff recommends approval of the mutual agreement for the Fiscal Year 2020—2021 Annual Street Resurfacing Project with Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc.
Summary
Attached to this agenda item is the proposed streets list including the proposed resurfacing treatment type. Staff recommends utilizing or “piggybacking” the current procured and executed contract by Lee County with Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. This is a budgeted item and the mutual agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney.
