Staff recommends approval for the Parks and Recreation Department to invest $1,000.00 of Tree Bank Funds to remove tree limbs from a tree on Town property that are overhanging buildings on the neighboring property.

Summary

The Parks and Recreation Department is seeking permission to invest $1,000.00 from the Tree Bank which has a balance of $23,934.57. The neighboring property is asking that we trim our trees that are hanging over their buildings. One of the trees that we will be trimming is the one that had a branch crash down a few weeks back.
