Commission Meeting Agenda Item

The Town Commission previously approved the findings of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Reliability Study as presented by the consultant, Mittauer and Associates. The consultant has completed the engineering and bid documents for Phase Two of the recommended improvements. FDEP has approved the Phase Two documents and issued a permit for that work.  The Engineer’s Opinion of Construction Cost is approximately $13,700,000 that includes some unit price items that will only be utilized as necessary during construction.  If approved, Town Staff and the consultant will advertise the bid and bring the bid results back to Town Commission for consideration of award.
