The current contract has expired, and an updated contract has been provided. Changes in the new contract can be found on Page 2, Section b, on the number of fulltime employees going from three to five. Page 4, Section c, agreement on any special assessment change increasing from 5 to 45 days from the submittal. Page 6, Section 5, level of service response time from four minutes to five and a half minutes after an emergency call is received. Page 9, Section f, is a new section added in case an independent fire control district is formed.
