Town Manager’s Merit Performance Adjustment

To be determined by the Town Commission
The Town Manager’s performance adjustment is due after the first year of his employment has been completed. If the commission desires, a performance merit adjustment can be made to the base salary.
The current CPI for the past 12 months is 7.9% and in 2021 it was 7%. Staff received 4% last October 1, 2021.
