Human Resources would like to establish an educational assistance program to provide employees with the opportunity to enhance their development, increase their knowledge and skills, and potentially earn their undergraduate degree. Courses must be directly related to the employee's current job, an advanced position within the Town of Lady Lake, or an identifiable career path within the Town of Lady Lake. Classes must not interfere with an employee's normal work schedule.
