Approve the Bid Documents for public advertisement and bidding.
Summary
The Town Commission previously approved the construction of Phase One of this project. Phase One is now completed with the construction the new Wells number 4 and 5. This phase of the project includes the construction of a new ground storage tank and pumps to complete the Water Treatment Plant Expansion. The Engineer’s Opinion of Construction Cost is approximately $4,000,000.00. If approved, Town Staff and the consultant will advertise the bid documents and bring the bid results back to Town Commission for consideration of award.
Fiscal Impact
Estimated $200 for advertising.
