Central Florida K-9 has provided the Lady Lake Police Department with a quote for a single-purpose Labrador Retriever for $10,000. Single Purpose means the dog is used primarily for either patrol duties or detection duties, in this case, it would be for detection duties. The canine will have 160 hours of narcotics and tracking school and will have received his certification. The vendor provides a two-year guarantee for hips and elbows and a one-year workability guarantee that the canine will pass certification for the discipline in which he has been trained.
