Finance and Accounting
The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, accounts receivables and payables, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, debt management, fixed asset control, pension administration, and utility billing customer service. The department consists of the Finance and Utility Billing Divisions.
Finance Director Pam Winegardner, CGFO
Pam is a native of Lima, Ohio and has resided in Lady Lake since 2005. She began as the Assistant Finance Director for the Town in April of 2006. She was promoted to Finance Director in 2015. She is responsible for the Town’s finances. This includes investments, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, budget and disaster recovery.
Pam is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor’s of Business Management. She is a member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA) and holds a Certified Government Finance Officer certification. She has worked in government since 1989.
