Skilled manual labor position repairing and maintaining equipment related to utility systems.
Performs semi-skilled work in the performance of laboring tasks in the maintenance of the recreational fields and operates a variety of equipment. Supports and assists Lead Operator.
Performs professional and technical work ensuring the efficient implementation, operation and maintenance of the Town’s enterprise software. This position is responsible for project and change management including configuration, integration, and optimization of business applications and processes supporting multiple Town departments. This position will also provide regularly scheduled training and help desk support for staff.
Professional work in the administration of the Human Resources Department. Performs a wide range of personnel duties within a procedural framework set up by the Human Resources Department including hiring, preparing job descriptions, and preparation of various reports.
Performs moderately complex technical and clerical work. Duties are focused primarily on planning and zoning related matters, utilizing Geographical Information System (GIS) capabilities as necessary, and may include general assistance to lend support to Building Division personnel. Employees in this class perform tasks that require the application of tangible judgment and comprehensive clerical knowledge. Work is performed under the general direction of the Growth Management Director.
Semi-skilled manual work in the performance of laboring tasks and supplying the public with a service in water and wastewater. Employees in the Utility Department must be semi-skilled in water and wastewater operations and customer service.
Semi-skilled work in the performance of laboring tasks and operating a variety of equipment. Employees in this classification performs tasks in parks and maintenance and construction. Supports and assists Lead Operator and Operator II.
The Police Officer performs general duty police work including protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances.
The Reserve Police Officer performs general duty police work including protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances. Duty includes supplemental patrol, investigations, special events, and special details.
Human Resources Director Tamika DeLee
Tamika DeLee has been employed with the Town of Lady Lake for over nine years in our Human Resources Department. She has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and has acquired certification as a Public Human Resources Professional (PHRP) via the Florida Public Human Resources Association (FPHRA).
