The Lady Lake Public Library provides materials and services to help community residents of all ages continue their pursuit of lifelong learning. The library serves as a resource center for the residents of the community to enhance and enrich their quality of life.
Library Director Aly Herman
Aly is a native of Ontario, Canada. She has resided in Lake County since moving to Florida in 2003. Aly is a Villages Charter School graduate. She started her library career at age of 16 for Sumter County Library System. Aly has worked with the Town of Lady Lake since 2014. She was promoted to Library Director, in March 2022.
Aly is a member of the Florida Library Association (FLA),and a member of The Friends of the Lady Lake Library. Aly enjoys being involved in the community and making the library a safe and welcoming space.
