Town of Lady Lake - Community Building

Gazebo at Heritage Park

135 S. Dixie Highway, Lady Lake

Hours: 8 a.m. to sunset

Capacity: groups no larger than 40 people

No commercial uses are permitted

Rental fees (per hour):

Local organization: $45

Non-local organization: $75

Individual use, resident: $45

Individual use, non-resident: $75

Security deposit: $100 for all users

No food or beverages are permitted in the park

Tents, canopies, awnings, or anything requiring holes in the ground are not allowed

Rentals are for the gazebo only, the park will be open to the public

No signs may be attached to the gazebo; No decorations may be nailed to the gazebo

All flowers and decorations must be removed at the time the rental period expires

Damage to landscaping, grounds or gazebo will result in loss of security deposit

Community Building

237 West Guava Street, Lady Lake

Enjoy the use the Lady Lake Community Building for birthday parties, bridal showers, HOA or community meetings, and civic organization breakfasts or lunches. The building offers the use of a residential kitchen. The front room is 1,500 sq. feet and the back room is 1,425 sq. feet.

Hours: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Capacity: 113

Must be 18 years old and present during the event

Rental fees (per hour): Including setup and break down.

Resident: $20

Non-Resident: $30

Deposit: $195 (refundable)

$5 Admin fee (non-refundable)

7% Sales Tax

Commercial Use-Individual, churches, organization, local or non-local: $50

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: minimum of 4-hour rental

Parks and Recreation Director Mike Burske


Mike is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. He has resided in the Lady Lake area since 2003. He became the Parks and Recreation Director for the Town in 2004. He is responsible for the operation of the Town's park system and serves as the liaison between the Town and many civic organizations, programming events, and overseeing the maintenance for the parks.


Mr. Burske holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has previously worked for the Carolina Yacht Club, the U.S. Navy Moral, Welfare and Recreation Program and the City of Fruitland Park.
