Board members will consider for approval the minutes of the September 9, 2019 Planning & Zoning Board meeting. They will also consider making a recommendation to the Town Commission regarding the Green Key Village Phase 3 Replat — Final Plat Plan — Proposing a Replat of 27 Age-Restricted Single-Family Residential Lots on a 7.29-Acre Parcel Zoned PUD within the Green Key Village Development.
The Special Magistrate will hear evidence and testimony on cases presented by the Town’s Code Enforcement Officer and will render her decision on each case.
Members will consider Ordinance 2018-50 regarding the Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment requested by the First Baptist Church of Lady Lake for 8.94 acres of property.

The project will consist of a multi-tenant development proposing an 85,600 sq. ft. retail building with 428 parking spaces and for out-parcels on approximately 18.5 acres along Hwy 27/441, Fennell Blvd., and County Road 25.
This meeting will concern a hearing continuation regarding the disability claim of Darwin Santos.
Commissioners at the December 17, 2018 6 p.m. meeting will hear a staff presentation regarding updates and modifications to the capital improvement schedule of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. They will also consider a driveway distance setback variance and authorization for the Town Manager to execute agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation. An appointment to the Library Advisory Board will also be considered.
Conceptual presentation and discussion of the submittal of Large Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning applications for a proposed project of the Sawmill Holdings, LLC. The project will consist of 128 age-restricted single family residence lots with clubhouse and recreation amenities on a 53.15 acre parcel at 3105 Hartsock Sawmill Road.
The December 10, 2018 5:30 p.m. Planning and Zoning board members will consider applications for annexation, future land use comprehensive plan amendment, and rezoning for property owned by the First Baptist Church of Lady Lake.
Commissioner Paul Hannan will be sworn in for his new term of office. This meeting will concern a proposed ordinance to adopt corrections, updates, and modifications to the Capital Improvement Schedule. Commissioners will also hear from staff regarding a proposed variance resolution.
Ordinance 2018-46 — An ordinance of the Town of lady Lake deleting and replacing ordinance 2006-76 in its entirety and establishing a disciplinary arbitration panel (DAP) to adjudicate grievances in lieu of an arbitrator; setting the criteria for board membership; establishing hearing procedures; repealing all conflicting provisions, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
