A Proclamation proclaiming National Family Literacy Day as Nov. 1st in Lady Lake will be read. Commissioners will consider approval of minutes, moving the Farmers Market to Rolling Acres during US Hwy 27/441 construction, an appointment to the Disciplinary Arbitration Panel, and conveyance of utilities to Lake Sumter Apartment Homes under Consent. Under New Business, a third amendment to the Waste Management agreement and compensation for the Interim Town Manager will be considered. The first and final readings of Resolutions 2020-108, 2020-109 & 2020-110 regarding a freestanding sign, and building height variances for the Lady Lake Square, LLC development will also be considered.
The Special Magistrate will hear cases regarding code enforcement violations presented by the Code Enforcement Officer of the Town.
The Library Director will report on the statistics, as well as the activities that have occurred at the library since the March meeting. She will also will report on upcoming events.
The Mayor will proclaim April as Water Conservation Month in Lady Lake and, along with Maryann Krisovitch, Water Resource Coordinator, will present awards to Villages Elementary School Students that were picked as winners of the Water Conservation poster contest sponsored by the Town and Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA).
Under consent, the Commission will consider approval of the minutes of the March 18, 2019 Commission meetings, as well as approval of hosting Easter Sunrise Services by New Song Community Church at Log Cabin Park.
Under new business, the Commission will consider reclassifying two Police Captain positions and creating a part-time Library Assistant position.
The members will consider approval of the January 23, 2019 meeting minutes and whether to transmit Ordinance 2019-01 to the Commission for approval. This ordinance is a small-scale future land use map amendment request regarding a parcel on Skyline Drive.
The members will consider the selection of a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the next year, as well as approval of the January 8, 2019 meeting minutes. Growth Management staff will provide an update on new businesses and projects underway in Lady Lake.

The Commission will consider conceptual presentations of the architectural elevations for the proposed Lady Lake Commons development project, as well as architectural elevations for the Village Veranda Phase II development.
Under Consent, the Commission will consider approval of the minutes of the March 4, 2019 Commission meeting and the March 7, 2019 Commission Workshop, as well as approval of co-hosting the annual Scam Jam Shred-A-thon with Target, and the 2019 Concurrency Report.
Under new business, the Commission will consider a Water Oak Sewer Conversion Major Modification to Site Plan, and discuss the creation of a Charter Review Committee.
