Under Consent, Commissioners will consider approval of the minutes of the May 18, 2020 Commission meetings, as well as acceptance for the Police Department to apply for the FY 2019 JAG Grants (C&D). Under New Business, Commissioners will consider the Ye Olde Thrift Shoppe Major Modification to Site Plan — MJM 03/20-001. The Commissioners will consider first and final reading of Resolution 2020-104 regarding the declaration of qualifying dates for office of Town Commissioners for Wards 2 and 4 for the November 3, 2020 General Election under the Town Attorney’s Report.
Members will consider approval of the minutes of the November 13, 2019 meeting. Under new business, members will consider making recommendations to the Town Commission to invest $5,000 from the Tree Bank to hold the annual Tree Raffle for Lady Lake residents, and to invest in new sod and plant material for the Butterfly Garden at Heritage Park.

Members will consider approval of the minutes of the November 12, 2019 meeting. Under new business, members will consider making recommendations to the Town Commission regarding Ordinance 2020-01 which amends Ordinance 2016-17 pertaining to sign regulations.
Commissioners will consider approval of the minutes of the meetings on January 22, 2020 and of hosting the fourth annual Water Conservation Poster Contest with Florida Government Utilities Association (FGUA) for the Villages Elementary School children. They will also consider whether to approve staff working with FGUA to apply for a water conservation grant, as well as the second and final reading of Ordinance 2019-23 regarding amendments of Police Pension benefits.
Students from The Villages Charter Middle School seventh and eighth grade Civics Classes will participate in a mock Commission meeting with Town staff and Commissioners as part of their Government Day.
Commissioners will listen to a presentation by a representative of the Lady Lake Cemetery Association requesting Town participation in the perpetual existence of the cemetery.
Commissioners will discuss improvements to Pyramid Park playground, approval to host the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 4th and a Mother-Son Dance on May 9th, and will consider approval of a proposal by Evergreen Solutions in response to RFP2019-0001-Compensation Study. They will also consider first reading of Ordinance 2019-23 regarding amendments of Police Pension benefits.
The Special Magistrate will hear cases from the Animal Control Officer and the Code Enforcement Officer regarding alleged violations of the Town’s Land Development Regulations or Code of Ordinances.
Representatives for the Bailey Property will present a conceptual presentation of proposed development for this property located north of Lake Ella Road and west of Hwy 27/441 to receive feedback from the Commissioners.
