The Mayor will announce the Qualifying Period for the Office of Town Commissioner for Wards One, Three and Five. Under Consent, the Commission will consider approval of the minutes of the August 5, 2019 meetings, the Fiscal Year 2019—2020 holiday schedule, and a mutual agreement for the Pavement Management Program. Under New Business, the Commission will discuss the potential renovations of the Community Building.
The Library Director will report on the statistics, as well as the activities that have occurred at the library since the January meeting. She will also will report on upcoming events.

Under Consent, the Commission will consider approval of the minutes of the February 4, 2019 Commission meetings which was tabled at the previous meeting for review; and minutes of the February 20, 2019 Commission meeting. Under new business, the Commission will consider a preliminary plat plan for a proposed new subdivision called Lake Ella Estates to be located on a 67.47-acre parcel on the north side of Lake Ella Road, east of Rolling Acres Road. First and Final Reading of Resolution 2019-102 regarding a special permit use for an LED marquee sign for the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 231 Lake Griffin Road will occur. The Commission will also consider appointments and reappointments of members to the Planning and Zoning Board and the Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Committee for terms expiring in February, which was tabled at the February 20, 2019 meeting.
The Special Magistrate will hear cases at this meeting regarding violations of the Town’s Code of Ordinances or Land Development Regulations brought forth by the Animal Control Officer and the Code Enforcement Officer.

Commissioners will consider the following items under Consent: Minutes of the February 4, 2019 Commission meetings; approval to host the Annual Tree Raffle for a drawing in April, and approval for the Lady Lake Historical Society to hold their Annual Rummage Sale at Log Cabin Park on March 9, 2019. Under new business, the Commission will consider a proposal to hire LTG, Incorporated to prepare a Technical Assistance Grant application for submittal to the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). The Commission will also consider appointments and reappointments of members to the Planning and Zoning Board and the Parks, Recreation and Tree Advisory Committee for terms expiring in February.
