Earth Fare and Goodwill Announced as Anchor Tenant’s of the Lady Lake Commons Shopping Center

The Benchmark Group of Amherst, New York is pleased to unveil two additional tenants that will be coming to the Lady Lake Commons Shopping Center, which is currently undergoing site preparation at the southeast corner of the intersection of Highway 27/441 and Fennell Boulevard.

On Thursday, May 9, 2019, Benchmark announced that contracts have been executed with Earth Fare, a health and wellness supermarket specializing in natural and organic foods, as well as Goodwill, a nonprofit retail thrift store chain focused on vocational rehabilitation of disabled individuals.

Construction plans have been submitted for review by the Town of Lady Lake Building Department. The Earth Fare supermarket will occupy 24,010 square feet of the shopping center, and the Goodwill retail thrift store will be 24,920 square feet according to the building plans submitted to the Town; both tenants will reside in the inline portion of the shopping center. Earlier this month, Benchmark announced that a Miller’s Ale House and Heartland Dental will be built on two of the outparcels of the Lady Lake Commons Shopping Center.
