Planning and Zoning Meeing Minutes, September 10, 2018
The Planning and Zoning Board meeting was held in the Town Hall Commission Chambers at 409 Fennell Blvd., Lady Lake, Florida. The meeting convened at 5:30 p.m.

Vice Chairperson Sigurdson asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak. There were no comments.
E. New Business
1. Approval of Minutes
Member Rohan made a motion to approve the August 13, 2018 Planning and Zoning Board meeting minutes as presented. Member Conlin seconded the motion. All were in favor (4-0).
2. Green Key Village Subdivision Phase 3 Final Plat Plan – Proposing 27 Age-Restricted Single-Family Residential Lots on a 7.29 Acre Parcel Zoned PUD, within the Green Key Village Development, Located at 1635 Lake Ella Road (Alternate Key 3903749) (Thad Carroll)
Mr. Carroll presented a background summary of the agenda item (on file in the Clerk’s office). He stated
Vice Chairperson Sigurdson requested clarification regarding the one-way circulation pattern of the streets within the subdivision.
Mr. Carroll stated that the residents will be required to utilize the one-way traffic pattern when entering and exiting the subdivision.
Vice Chairperson Sigurdson asked if there were any questions or comments. Hearing none, he asked for a motion.
Member Rohan made a motion to forward Green Key Village Subdivision Phase 3 Plat Plan to the Town Commission with the recommendation of approval. Member Conlin seconded the motion.
The motion passed by the following roll call vote:
