Special Commission Meeting Minutes, July 18, 2022, 5:30 p.m.
The special meeting of the Lady Lake Town Commission was held in the Commission Chambers at Lady Lake Town Hall, 409 Fennell Blvd., Lady Lake, Florida with Mayor Pro Tem Kussard presiding. The meeting convened at 5:30 p.m.

C. NEW BUSINESS
Conceptual Presentation for the Classic Car Wash – Proposing to Develop a Full-Service Flex Car Wash along Lakeview Street, on a parcel being approximately 2.81 acres located 220 linear feet east of the intersection of East Lakeview Street and South Highway 27/441, owned by Kim R. Cline and Kelly J. Daniel Trustees, Referenced by Alternate Key Number 3635663. (Thad Carroll)
Growth Management Director Carroll summarized the presentation then said the applicant wants to wait until the other car washes in the area are established to determine how he should move forward. The proposal to develop a full-service car wash may be cancelled altogether, but for the time being, the applicant would like to table the matter indefinitely.
