Town Manager Kristen Kollgaard
Ms. Kollgaard is the Chief Executive Officer of the Town. She is responsible for implementing the policies set by the elected officials of the Town and for providing direction and leadership for the effective administration and operations of all municipal services.
She oversees 10 departments and approximately 100 employees. She oversees the annual operating and capital improvement budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency. She fosters intergovernmental partnerships and serves as a liaison with various civic organizations.
Ms. Kollgaard has served as Town Manager since 2010, and has worked for the Town for over 24 years. She is a member of the International City and County Management Association, Florida Association of City Clerk’s, Florida League of Cities, and International Institute of Municipal Clerks. She is a graduate of Leadership Lake class of 2018.
Kristen is a firm believer in open government and the citizens’ right to information. She has an open door policy and welcomes citizen input on all issues.
